1. General Provisions

bdd33 (hereinafter "the Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply equally to every member and visitor who uses the platform.

By accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any condition, please refrain from using the platform.

bdd33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Each change takes effect from the applicable date. The latest version will always be available on this page, and it is each member's responsibility to visit this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.

2. Membership & Account

2.1 Account Registration Requirements

To create a personal account on bdd33, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and verifiable information.
• A maximum of one account is permitted per individual.
• Multiple individuals living at the same household address may only operate one account.
• The name, mobile number, and payment method provided at registration must all belong to the same person.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. bdd33 will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

Sharing account details with any third party is strictly prohibited. bdd33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information you provide when creating and managing your account must be completely true and accurate. If an account is created with false information, bdd33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel that account at any time, and the balance held in the account may be forfeited.

3. Age Restrictions

bdd33 follows a strict age verification policy. This platform is operated exclusively for individuals aged 21 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening accounts or playing games.

bdd33 reserves the right to verify the age of any member. When requested, the member must provide a national identity card or other age-verifying documents. Account activity may be restricted until age verification is completed.

If a person creates an account using a false age and this is subsequently proven, all transactions made from that account will be considered void and all funds will be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on bdd33 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

The mobile account or wallet used in the deposit process must be registered in the member's own name. Funds deposited from a third party's account will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a withdrawal request is approved, funds are generally sent within 10 to 45 minutes.

The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit. bdd33 reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be put on hold in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile financial service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Direct transactions through any other bank or financial institution are not supported.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bdd33 receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

If you attempt to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own terms and conditions.
• A single promotion cannot be used across multiple accounts at the same time.
• bdd33 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without notice.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account in question will be suspended.
• A bonus is granted only to the account through which the bonus was claimed.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on bdd33 are conducted under a fair play policy. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting to play.

Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error on the platform's part is acknowledged.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or system malfunction produces an abnormal outcome, bdd33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount. Payment for results that are "clearly abnormal" is not obligatory.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Odds displayed on bdd33 may change up until the match begins. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the settlement of related bets will be handled in accordance with the specific rules of each game.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Operating multiple accounts or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Abusing the bonus system or participating in bonus arbitrage.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Creating an account with false information or committing identity fraud.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other members.
• Participating in match fixing or exerting improper influence on sporting events.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 bdd33's Rights

bdd33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse.
• Prolonged inactivity of the account.
• Failure of the member to cooperate with identity verification.

8.2 Member's Rights

You may request to close your account voluntarily at any time. All pending bets must be settled and any balance withdrawn before the account is closed. Account closure requests can be sent to [email protected].

9. Privacy & Data Protection

bdd33 is committed to protecting members' personal information. The information you provide is used solely for delivering services, verifying identity, and fulfilling legal obligations.
